BREAKING NEWS: The Lakers were sold to Dodgers owner Mark Walter????!!

In literally my last post just a few moments ago, I said there’s not much Lakers news. Now, there is very much news. The Lakers are the news.

The Buss Family sold the Lakers to Mark Walter?????!! This is very very very surprising. Started listening to Lakers Nation right away when I heard and they said this is one of the craziest seasons ever. And this is technically still the same season that we got Luka too. My goodness.

I was shopping for groceries at Ralph’s and my aunt texted me. I thought she was gonna ask me to buy her more groceries, but no. She texted me a graphic saying that the Lakers were sold. Never in a billion years did I think I would ever hear that. And speaking of a billion. The purchase is valued at $10 billion! Oh my goodness. This is really something.

Initial thoughts: I know the Dodgers are ran well, so I think this new ownership means that the Lakers will be ran well too. Also, I will miss the Buss family. It was them that we got all those titles with Magic and Kobe.
